BAKED BOSC MULE

INGREDIENTS & DIRECTIONS

3 oz II Palms Vodka

1 – tsp   All-Spice

½-tsp     Cinnamon

1 – tsp   Vanilla Extract

1 – cup  Brown Sugar

1 – cup Pear Juice (not cocktail)

Ginger Beer

Lime zest (garnish)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix spices, sugar and pear juice into Ziplock bag or storage container
  2. Allow to sit for 3 hours
  3. Fill copper mug with crushed ice to chill
  4. Combine syrup and vodka into shaker with ice
  5. Shake and strain into chilled mug over crushed ice
  6. Caramelize pear slice with torch and garnish mug rim
  7. Top off with ginger beer and lime zest
